Q. Isn’t Masters camp all about racing?

A. While Masters’ camp may have had its roots in racing, the focus now is on ski improvement.

Q. What kind of skier do I need to be?

A. Masters Maritimes is designed for a wide range of skiing abilities, but you need to be able to comfortably link turns on Green runs with your skis mostly parallel. Even if you have been carving hard for years, but want to improve your performance, we have a group for you too. We will meet you where you are, and provide instruction designed to get you to your next level.

Q. I did the program last year, do I need to do it every year?

A. You will get something new and different out of the program every year; consider it an annual event!

Q. What group will I be in and how are they decided?

A. Groups are determined by skill level. We do take groups that you travel with into consideration, however everyone gets more out of the program if you ski with skiers at a similar level. Even if you are not with the friends you came with, there is lots of time to socialize off the ski hill and there are always new friends to be made!
